18th Annual Washington/Baltimore Multifamily Market Overview & Awards for Excellence

Delta Associates hosted its 18th Annual Washington/Baltimore Multifamily Market Overview & Awards Presentation on October 3, 2014 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. After an overview of economic and market conditions, awards for excellence in achievement within the multifamily industry were presented in several different categories in the DC and Baltimore markets. As in prior years, Gregory Leisch gave a Real Estate Market and Economic Overview prior to the awards ceremony.
