at NMHC’s Spring 2006
Board of Directors Meeting


Gregory Leisch, CEO of Delta Associates, discussed the Washington DC economy and multifamily market at the National Multi-Family Housing Council board of directors meeting May 2, 2006.  The meeting was held at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in downtown Washington where Mr. Leisch gave a market update, specifically addressing the condominium and apartment markets. 

 

Dr. Alan Greenspan, former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board (1987-2006) fielded questions regarding the National Economy.
