14th Annual Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Awards Presentation

Delta Associates will host its 14th Annual Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Awards Presentation in October. Awards for excellence in achievement within the multifamily industry will be presented in several different categories. As in prior years, Gregory Leisch will give a Real Estate Market and Economic Overview prior to the awards ceremony.  

We are now accepting submissions in several award categories. Please click here to download the submission form and rules for the 2010 awards. All entries for submission must be received by July 20, 2010.

The 2010 Washington TrendLines® Event

Each year, Delta Associates and Transwestern, along with sponsors PNC Bank and Baker Tilly, honor individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the commercial real estate industry in the Washington metropolitan area. This year our TrendSetter award was presented on February 17, 2010 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.  

The 2010 Private Sector TrendSetter of the Year award was presented to Thomas S. Bozzuto, Chief Executive Officer of The Bozzuto Group.

The 2010 Public Sector TrendSetter of the Year award was presented to James E. Bennett, President and CEO of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.

As part of the award ceremony, Gregory Leisch of Delta Associates presented a slide summary of the TrendLines® report.
