13th Annual Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Awards Presentation

Delta Associates hosted its 13th Annual Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Awards Presentation at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Convention Center on October 1, 2009. Awards for excellence in achievement within the multifamily industry were presented in several different categories. As in prior years, Gregory Leisch gave a Real Estate Market and Economic Overview prior to the awards ceremony.

The 2010 Washington TrendLines® Event

Each year, Delta Associates and Transwestern, along with sponsors PNC Bank and Baker Tilly, honor individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the commercial real estate industry in the Washington metropolitan area. This year our TrendSetter award was presented on February 17, 2010 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.  

The 2010 Private Sector TrendSetter of the Year award was presented to Thomas S. Bozzuto, Chief Executive Officer of The Bozzuto Group.

The 2010 Public Sector TrendSetter of the Year award was presented to James E. Bennett, President and CEO of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.

As part of the award ceremony, Gregory Leisch of Delta Associates presented a slide summary of the TrendLines® report.
