12th Annual Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Awards Presentation

Delta Associates hosted its 12th Annual Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Awards Presentation on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel at 2200 M Street, NW in Washington, DC. Awards for excellence in achievement within the multifamily industry will be presented in over 20 different categories. As in prior years, Gregory Leisch gave a Real Estate Market and Economic Overview prior to the awards ceremony.

The 2009 Washington TrendLines® Event

Each year, Delta Associates and Transwestern, along with sponsors PNC Bank and Beers & Cutler, honor individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the commercial real estate industry in the Washington metropolitan area. This year our TrendSetter award was presented on February 12, 2009 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.  

The 2009 Private Company TrendSetter of the Year award was presented to W. Christopher Smith, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of William C. Smith & Co.

The 2009 Public Company TrendSetter of the Year award was presented to Donald Wood, President and CEO of Federal Realty Investment Trust.

As part of the award ceremony, Gregory Leisch of Delta Associates presented a slide summary of the TrendLines® report.
