It is Delta Associates’ policy to release all of our quarterly reports in PDF Protect format. This format allows our subscribers full access to the report while restricting unauthorized use. If you have problems accessing your report, please e-mail Publications@DeltaAssociates.com or call 703-836-5700.
REMINDER: You may not copy, fax or electronically forward or disseminate this report (or any portion of it) outside your office by any means. Nor may you post it to a server or web site for access by those outside your office. Doing either (posting or transmitting) is a violation of your subscription agreement and copyright laws. However, we can arrange for “pass-along” rights to your partners, lenders, or other stakeholders if you like for a modest fee. Please contact us to arrange this convenient and inexpensive way of sharing our reports with your stakeholders.
Instructions for Accessing PDF Protect Reports: Note: You must be using Adobe Reader (version 6.0.1 or newer) or a similar PDF viewing program.
Before accessing the report, complete the following changes to your Adobe configuration (this only has to be done the first time a protected document from Delta Associates is downloaded):
Open Adobe Reader. On the menu bar, select Edit, then Preferences. From the list on the left-hand sidebar, select JavaScript.
Make sure the Enable global object security policy option is unchecked.
Click the OK button.
Close Adobe.
You should then download the report and open it. Your computer will automatically connect to the PDF Protect server and request a User Name and Password for authentication. If your computer system is blocked from running this action, you must contact your IT department for technical support.
You will need to enter your username and password to access the document. For Example: John Smith at Delta Associates Username: deltajsmith Password: john.smith@deltaassociates.com
Two security warnings will come up. The first is to inform you that you will be communicating with the PDF Protect server. The second one is to inform you that the server is sending a response back.
You must click “Allow” on both warnings.
Check the box “Remember my actions on this site” if you want to always allow the communications for this site.
