David Parham

Mr. Parham is a senior vice president of the consulting division of Delta Associates and is primarily responsible for market and project feasibility analysis. Since the 1980’s, he has conducted real estate research and consulting assignments throughout the United States.  His expertise includes market and financial feasibility and strategic advice for a wide variety of property types, including condominiums, apartments, office, retail, industrial, and subdivisions.  Mr. Parham’s clients include developers, REITs, local governments, universities, and not-for-profit organizations.

Before joining Delta, Mr. Parham was with the Urban Land Institute for over ten years, where he was managing director of ULI’s professional development program. Previously, he was a senior real estate analyst at CB Commercial Real Estate Advisory Services and RPR Economic Consultants and a researcher at the Urban Institute.

Mr. Parham is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has written or edited several books and articles on real estate-related subjects. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Wake Forest University and a Master of Regional Planning degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
