Elizabeth Norton

Vice President

As Vice President, Ms. Norton is responsible for research on the Washington and Baltimore office and industrial markets and for Delta’s quarterly subscription publications on those topics.  Since 1998, she has experience in research, analysis, and writing on the housing and real estate industry.

Prior to joining Delta, Ms. Norton was with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) where she was a needs assessment and analysis specialist.  Her role at NAHB consisted of managing research projects and providing analysis and product recommendations to the home building industry.  In previous positions she was a research analyst with Aspen Systems, working on contracts for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Ms. Norton received her Master of Community Planning (MCP) degree from University of Maryland, College Park.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Government from American University.
