Grant Montgomery

Vice President

Since 1997, Grant Montgomery has experience in providing clients with real estate market analysis, strategic planning, site selection, and facilities planning.  He has conducted consulting assignments throughout the United States.  Mr. Montgomery serves as the apartment practice leader for Delta and is the primary author of the firm’s quarterly Mid-Atlantic Area Apartment Report. 

Before joining Delta, Mr. Montgomery was a development officer with Fountain Square Properties, where he managed the development of residential and commercial properties.  Previously, he was a consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Management Consulting Division and a real estate analyst at Robert Charles Lesser & Company.

Mr. Montgomery holds a B.S. degree from Wake Forest University and a M.S. in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University.
